Typically I would rate 4* because there was some hiccups
1. miscommunication between the WhatsApp admin and the guy at the actual shop. Feels like I’m not suppose to be there or I don’t have an appointment when clearly WhatsApp admin asked me to come down. Ended up I was last in the queue and estimate wait of 4 hrs 😱
2. They only accept paynow and not credit cards

That being said, this is probably the most professional cleaning job I have ever seen. I went there for a coffee spill scenario and the results was basically showroom ready condition.

They even send you a video of them using high quality steam equipment for seats and the floors to really throughly clean the liquid residue.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming too. Most importantly, these people take pride in their work and treat your car as their own

3rd visit back to Express Autoshine, this time gotten my car ceremic coated with CC Evo, thumb up to Alson boss, Mohamed, and team for the awesome job.

First time doing ceramic coating with the company and it was a great expence. The staff Askar was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with the ceramic coating. He even took the extra mile to explain to me of what was carried out after the coating and sent me videos of the procedures. Really happy to work with company especially with the assistance of Askar. Good work. Highly recommended.
